1. General Terms

If a minor opens an account by providing false information, bk33c has the right to forfeit that account and any funds held within it. Parents and guardians are urged to ensure that children and younger family members cannot access this platform.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at bk33c: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bk33c offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 25 times, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the sum of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated (unless specifically permitted).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• bk33c reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If abuse or manipulation of bonus rules is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event of an incomplete bet due to a lost internet connection or technical issue, bk33c's system log shall be considered final.

6.2 System Errors

bk33c reserves the right to void any incorrect outcome caused by a software or hardware malfunction. Abnormal winnings arising from a technical error in any game will not be honoured.

6.3 Fair Play

bk33c follows a fair play policy across all games and ensures regular third-party audits of game results. Members are also required to play fairly and honestly.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk33c platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Any attempt to compromise the platform's security systems.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bk33c may immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Engaging in fraudulent or prohibited activities.
• Opening an account while being a minor.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
